Let people keep the files they've paid for. I've had files that I've paid for gone for months from my library. I've tried reaching out to customer service 3 times, but have never gotten a response.

I had been trying to sort out a PowerPoint presentation in the UAE for a client proposal and was not having much luck finding someone who could handle both the content and the design properly.
