Missing purchases.
For some reason, some of my purchases are not appearing in my library, namely the Christmas Shorts Live Show. Additionally, while Plan 9 From outer space Live appears in my library, but when i go to it, it tells me the movie doesn't exist!

i've opened 3 tickets and have not gotten a single, non-automated reply. i love Rifftrax, but if i can't watch what i paid for, what's the point? Very frustrated and disappointed

I have opened a 2nd ticket after I went from not being able to see the MST3K catalog to suddenly finding EVERY SINGLE PURCHASE, COUPON, AND ACHIEVEMENT WAS MISSING!!!

I appreciate the attention, even after all this time, though I'm not seeing a difference in my library, I'm still missing a lot of old stuff that used to be a part of my library (again, Flying Stewardesses, etc.). How do I open a ticket?

I'm also missing a handful of riffs myself, including Plan 9, House on the Haunted Hill, and a few others that I can't recall atm. My old purchase order I can look at on the site simply has a number instead of the title of the riff also so it makes it a bit difficult to cross reference which I'm missing. Recently had a HD crash and was just trying to download the vids again.

We're continuing to work out these bugs - anything in your Library that used to give you the "Whoops!" error message should now be fixed. Any items missing from your library are currently being reinstated.

I'm missing Santa Claus & the Ice Cream Bunny as well, though all my other purchases are still accessible. The catalog doesn't even acknowledge that I've bought that one, though I still have the confirmation emails.

Alot of the movies in my library are like that - I sent 4 or 5 emails with atleast 1-3 movies that are not working properly. Either the links go nowhere - the player on their page doesnt work (and the accompanying vidly link "direct stream" doesnt either) - the downloads dont work or all of the above.
