Go back to your old vid player
A little while ago, you guys seemed to change the video player on your site for previews. No matter what I try it on, i cant seem to get the previews to play on your site. Pls fix.

Windows XP, IE, just a still picture with no play button. Windows XP, Firefox, video plays but no audio. No error messages.
I agree... it wasn't broke. Why did you "fix" it?

D'oh! We're sorry about that. Can you tell us what OSes and browsers you've tried, and what the problem appears to be? (In other words, do you get any error messages, blank screen, audio but no video, etc.? We're happy to investigate and get things back to working smoothly for you!
