Journey to the Center of the Earth (1989)
It's indescribably special. It has classic one liners waiting to be finished, screwball sets, and it looks like a high school play collapsed during the filming. The residents of Atlantis are too special for words; think Mad Max meets *** Wee's Playhouse, meets Sesame Street, without puppets.

How has this not been done? It's a sequel to an MST3K classic that is supposedly even *less* coherent!
