I like physical media and paying with money orders. I don't own an Ipod or an Xbox, wouldn't know how to use them if I did. I certainly wouldn't attempt a down load and sync up without a twelve year old who's forgotten more about this kind of stuff than I will ever learn! In short, you're losing business.
