    • Transylvania Twist

I couldn't even begin to try to explain this film. Vampires, and old book, meaningless old clips of Boris Karloff inserted into the narrative... help me!!

      • Mickey Mouse: Seat Belt Expert

Co-produced by the infamous Coronet Films, this Disney live-action short teaches kids (and one negligent adult) the importance of wearing a seat belt. This short also makes liberal use of the following: the same Mickey Mouse costume you'd find at Disneyland; a little girl with the apparent power to absorb other people into her daydreams; a cameo by the protagonist of the classic short "Courtesy: A Good Egg-sample;" and, even some zoom-ins on our beloved mouse's crotch. This short just begs for a good riffing!

        • The Dunwich Horror (1970)

This film is not so much a horror story (based on something by H.P. Lovecraft) but a tale of one man's (Dean Stockwell) misguided efforts to practice his "devil" religion- or to steal an old book and trick Sandra Dee into sleeping with him - it's fairly off putting because of a few weird dream sequences featuring painted naked hippies, people in hooded robes and bad special effects- also there's a monster with heat vision, Thalia Shire (as a secretary/victim), a crazy lady in an asylum, angry ineffective townspeople run amok, an spell casting show down, and "spontaneous" combustion- an…

          • Haunts of the Very Rich

This film would make for a wonderful, riff-filled experience. Several wealthy, yet haunted, people arrive at a strange tropical resort only to find... well, it's supposed to be terror, but sadly, no..not so much. Possibly an a half-hearted attempt to cash in on the anthology horror films from Amicus studios (Tales from the Crypt, Dr. Terror's House of Horrors, etc), this film just fails time after wonderfully awkward time.

            Reasons, you ask?:

            1. The cast: Ed Asner (boozy and grumpy), Chloris Leachman (very hip and groovy), Lloyd Bridges (boozy and lecherous), Anne Francis (wasted in this film), Robert Reed (channeling…

              • The Giant Spider Invasion (Rifftrax Live)

One the best MST3K episodes ever! I liked this movie so much that I purchased the movie without the riffing, and it turns out to be a fun, home made labor of love, and I'm glad the director got a lot of attention due to MST3K riffing. They had a special hometown screening of this movie, with a meet and greet for fans to get autographs and talk to the director after the showing. The Rifftrax guys showed up to talk about the film, and they also talked with the director, and this is all included on the 'extras' on…

The first one is sooooo funny, you need to do it's sequel live! Plus, this is the only remaining James Nyguen movie that has not been RiffTraxed - change that!
Fun Fact: Birdemic 3 is on it's way!

                  • Order of the Black Eagle (1987)

This movie contains the following, and it still stinks. How?
                    James Bond-style gadgets
A Scientist with a Space Laser
                    A Polo Match
A Baboon in a dinner-jacket who can fly a microlight and drive a miniature tank
An eyepatch-wearing villain, who dies impaled upon a spear
                    A diamond heist
                    A laser grid
Cryogenically-frozen Hitler, whose face melts off
                    Bazookas
                    A bus crash
A speedboat chase, ending with an explosion
A motorbike chase, ending with a piano-wire decapitation
Some ancient and mysterious polystyrene ruins
                    A polystyrene castle dungeon
                    A Wild West shoot-out
                    Ninjas
                    A hot-air balloon

The new "gritty" reboot of the power rangers franchise. Feature's: dumb names, accidental cow masturbation, and the most blatant act of product placement in the history of cinema.

                      • The Dark Tower

As a huge fan of The Dark Tower books, saying that I was skeptical after watching the trailers would be the understatement of the century. After seeing it for myself and praying that it would end the whole time sitting in that theater, my next thought was, "You know what this flaming pile of dog sh*t could use? Rifftrax!" So please, guys, wash this abomination away by saying what we're all thinking. It's the only way I can face this post-Dark Tower existence.

                        • Dr. Strange (1978)

Before the MARVEL Cinematic Universe or Benedict Cumberbatch... Back when Spider-man and the Hulk were on CBS in live-action form they aired a 93 minute tv film created as pilot featuring the origin of the Sorcerer Supreme. Peter Hooten stars as "psychiatrist" Stephen Strange with a Alex Trebek vibe vs Evil Morgan Le Fay from the 4th dimension and a possessed patient Clea Lake. The comic origins are a bit of a muddled even with Stan Lee on board as a consultant. Ultimately it tanked, but the costume is fair enough, Wong even shows up and there are some nameless…

Dr. Frankenstein's insane grandson attempts to create horrible monsters in modern day L.A.

An alien agent from the distant planet Davana is sent to Earth via a high-tech matter transporter. There, he terrorizes Southern California in an attempt to acquire blood for his dying race, the result of a devastating nuclear war. This Roger Corman film would make a great riffipoluza.

                                    • The Alligator People

An experimental procedure derived from from alligators, saves a man's life, but there are...complications. Lon Chaney Jr. sporting a hook on one hand, overacts with such passion, that a scientific team of riffers is called for to find a cure for this movie.

                                      • Pax Masculina (2016)

(I'm just going to share the press release for this movie. I can't explain why this movie deserves a Bridget & Mary Jo riff better than it does.)

Fellow ROK fans, tired of every new film having a militant feminist theme? Want to see a universe on video in which men create a paradise on earth with their wise rule, and insolent women causing trouble are given their just reward? My short film (18 minutes) is called Pax Masculina (Latin for Peace of Men) and is an alternate history science fiction movie.

It all started when I posed the question…

                                        • Teenage Cave Man (1958)

Robert Vaughn stars as a white 25-year-old teenage caveman with styled hair who seeks to discover what is in the uncharted jungles beyond his tribe's campsite. It is against the Word (and the Word is the Law), but he breaks it anyway. Soon he discovers a strange creature which kills with its touch. Written by Jonah Falcon
Roger Corman directed, so you know that this is going to be a fun riff.
