Moochie of the Little League
Might be hard to riff, because it's Disney, but it would be worth the effort (you'll see why it's not one of their classics, although it's cute enough)
Disney property Kevin Corcoran stars as Moochie, the runt of the local little league team. He's friends with the tomboy girl next door, who's father is played by Alan Hale Jr, who's clearly wearing a girdle in some scenes.
It's very dated, but I think that is what would really make it prime riff material. My favorite scene is a very awkward moment between Hale and Moochie's dad, who doesn't have time…

American Bigfoot
Enraged by the murder of its offspring, a Bigfoot rampages through the countryside of Southeast Ohio. I mean, Southeast Ohio of all places, which is full of hills and drunk college students. This movie has horrible acting, a cheap looking bigfoot, and Clint Howard is in it.
