  8. An Angel for Christmas (1996)

Goodtimes the same studio who graced us with winged Quasimodo, now brings you this bizarre Christmas movie. The story takes place in a town controlled by an evil Scrooge/Mr. Burns hybrid who rules with a cruel iron fist from his inefficient factory that makes flanges designed by someone who's never seen a flange before. This one-dimensional baddie has banned Christmas in the town because he thinks it's bad for business. I'll repeat that, because I think it bears repeating: he thinks CHRISTMAS, the holiday which has become the paragon of crass consumerism, is bad for business. And he enforces this…

  9. Brave New World

This movie from 1980 is floating around on YouTube and is like a bad version of Logan's Run. It must be riffed!

  10. Impossible Kid

Starting Weng Weng, a midget, karate fighting, ball kicking, ladies man, and Filipino agent 00 (should I say more?) fights the evil Mr X and his gang. So bad that it is good.

  11. Playing for Keeps (1984)

Dishonorable mention for Harvey Weinstein's terrible movie. I don't expect it to get any riffing treatment but Mr. Weinstein does at least need to be further embarrassed for he is a bloody monster.

This placemarker is to indicate that he is a terrible individual as well as a terrible director (alongside his brother Bob who maybe a better human than his sibling).

  13. The Evictors (1979)

    From an Internet Description:
"A sinister real estate agent (Vic Morrow) brings a young couple (Micheal Parks, Jessica Harper) to a quaint but apparently haunted Louisiana farmhouse."

The catch: It is Directed by... Charles B. Pierce!!!
Also stars Jimmy Clem, who played... Crenshaw!!!

  16. Cheerleader Camp

This was a late entry in the 80s Slasher movie cycle. A bunch of 20 somethings playing teenage cheerleaders gather at the titular location where they are bumped off by an unseen killer.

Doesn't sound funny? Well, I forgot to mention that Leif Garret plays one of the cheerleaders. And he performs a "rap" number.

This one also has Buck Flower from Radical Jack playing the unsavory camp cook.

Also features a staple of 80s movies: obnoxious fat guy humor!

The late 80s weren't exactly a golden age for horror and Cheerleader Camp doesn't help.

A schlocky vampire - wait, sorry, vamPYR (it's pronounced differently) - movie based on a true story no one really wanted to hear. There's a vampire juice bar in it.

  18. American Women - Partners in Research (Short)

    https://archive.org/details/American1960_2

Short film that epitomizes sexist behaviors of the late 50's early 60's. With Chet Huntley (!) of NBC News. Made by a company here in Buffalo, NY. I can see Bridget & Mary Jo sinking their teeth into this one. In the public domain.

  19. Zero Hour! (1957)

The serious movie from which Airplane was born.

During the closing days of the Second World War, six members of his Royal Canadian Air Force fighter squadron are killed due to a command decision made by pilot Ted Stryker (Dana Andrews). Years later, in civilian life in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, a guilt-stricken Stryker goes through many jobs, and his marriage is in trouble.
Stryker finds a note at home: his wife Ellen (Linda Darnell) has taken their young son Joey and is leaving him, flying to Vancouver. He rushes to Ottawa Airport to board the same flight, Cross-Canada Air Lines…

  20. Bound for Freedom (1976)

1- Never even released on VHS, A staple of history classrooms, it's hysterical "Davey Butcher You're Free!" Climax is an ancient meme among all who've seen it. It's like an educational short and movie in one!
2- if it's not oublic domain, it's got to be super cheap by now.
3- has lots of recognizeable stars like Fred Gwynn and Lorne Green.

Also, the actual James Porter has just posted to your forum. Guest riffer! http://forum.rifftrax.com/index.php?topic=26369.0
You can watch it here. https://youtu.be/mfISCCAFXec
