404 error when confirming account (App Version 1.0)

NOTE: This version of the Roku app for RiffTrax is no longer supported. Please consider updating your installed version of the app, or upgrade your Roku hardware.

Problem: When clicking the link you received as part of the "Login" process on Roku (confirming your email address) you receive a 404 Error page instead.

Solution: Uninstall the Roku app, and then try the linking process one more time (by selecting "Login" and entering your email address again). 

You might also consider reinstalling the app before trying the Login step again.

This issue occurs when the Roku servers experience trouble and we do not receive your connection attempt from your device. Usually trying one more time will solve it, but if not, please send us a Help ticket and we will work with you to get things fixed.
