  1. Don't Torture a Duckling

The fact that while I was watching the trailer for this, I expected a riff after more or less every line of dialogue, is reason enough for this suggestion.

  8. Dark Shadows (2012)

Johnny Depp and Tim Burton teamed up to adapt the TV series that inspired their careers. The original series was captivating in the BEST and WORST senses of the word. The wild imagination in the ongoing storytelling was amazing. The production value and bloopers (it was live-to-tape and aired daily after all) made it 'enjoyable' on a completely different level. Somehow, while attempting to embrace the kitsch, Burton and Depp managed to make a product that caused more second-hand blushing than the original series.

  11. Crowded Out (1958)

    Crowded Out (1958)

This 1958 National Education Association Film addresses the problems of overcrowded schools during the 1950s baby boom. This film depicts the experiences of a frustrated teacher leading to her deciding to resign. The film encourages parents to visit schools and attend school board meetings.

It's 30 minutes of hilarious awkward acting and forced melodrama.

It's right up there with short films like "Beginning Responsibility: Lunchroom Manners (1959)" a.k.a. "Mr. Bungle" and Setting Up a Room (1967).

  13. Undercover: How to Operate Behind Enemy Lines in World War 2

This is an old How to be a Spy psa, because that makes a lot of sense :p (you would think this is secret). It includes the regular narrator for PSAs of the time, with a person that does the wrong stuff and someone who does the right stuff.
It acts more like one of the simpler PSAs throughout which makes the mood of the movie not as it should be. It has poltential to be hilarious.

  17. Cutest Cat Capers

Half an hour of cats being forced to be cute with the campiest presentation ever. Includes cats with their heads stuck through cardboard cut outs, bad acting, and ancient special fx. A painfully wonderful experience!

  18. Red Nightmare

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0050261/?ref=fnaltt1
Actual US armed forces training film depicting what will happen to Small Town America after the Commies take over. Jack Webb narrates this gem which plays like the world's worst Twilight Zone episode--

  20. Undefeated

Aside from really hating women, this movie is the greatest movie ever. It has mullets, awkward high fives, acid wash, incomprehensible dialogue, and people getting their eyes poked out. A lot. If Tommy Wiseau made a martial arts film, this would be it.
