  1. The Maid (2014)

Jack is your typical run-of-the-mill angst-filled seventeen year old. Expect he's not, because he's played by a man pushing thirty who attempts to hide his receding hairline with a backwards baseball cap. Maria is your typical French maid. Except she's not, because she's played by a woman whose only significant cross-cultural experiences extend to grabbing some dim sum at the local Chinese restaurant in Los Angeles. Maria, a beautiful woman, starts up a relationship with Jack because apparently her ideal companion is an egotistical, snarky, asshole "teenager" with no immediate life goals or qualifications.

  3. The Main Snow Fighters - Short

Here's a short called "The Maine Snow Fighters" uploaded by the Cole Land Transportation Museum.

It really seems to fit the format of many of the shorts I've seen. I'd love to see it riffed.

  4. Walker, Texas Ranger (TV)

Chuck Norris' TV series from 1993-2001. Can't believe this had eight seasons when I looked up it's original airing.

  9. The Karate Kid (1984)

This movie is ripe with things to make fun of. Would be great to see it done.

  11. Bloom (2014)

This indie period-piece has everything: too-clean actors, stilted "old timey" dialogue, and (last but not least) a gory dismemberment scene that isn't referred to again -- at all.

Throw in a dash of Stockholm Syndrome and a soupcon self-flagellation, and you have BLOOM. It's like "Little House on the Prairie," directed by Tommy Wiseau.

  13. Abelar: Tales of an Ancient Empire (2010)

I have found the official sequel to The Sword and The Sorcerer... And it is the abomination known as... Abelar: Tales of an Ancient Empire (2010) starring Kevin Serbo, Michael Pare, Lee Horsley... The best description I could give would that it's really two movies that aren't even filmed the same. Lee Horsley's role suggests they found him homeless only put the furry coat on him. I don't even think the movie ends. A narrator just kinda rambles on of what I think is a rehash of everything you've just watched... And hey! It's on Netflix!

  14. Ra One

The Bollywood super hero film with English subtitles. I watched it last week and it is desperately waiting for the team. It's the perfect fresh-meat opportunity to crossover into Indian cinema. It's got the big-budget. It's got the painful scriptwriting and production values. And an old lady randomly gets killed with a throwing star. Everyone please watch it so you can agree with me and upvote it.

  15. Una Mujer Sin Precio 1961 aka A Priceless Woman 1961

This is a short film I made as if it were made in 1961 by a fictional Mexican horror director, Juan F. Moctezuma II.

I want people to think he is real. Riff on my movie to make it seem authentic! :)

Working on the next in the series...

  16. Computer Beach Party

1987 film that is mindblowingly bad, and as a result is not only hilarious in unintended ways, but is prime Riff material.

  17. Night of the Twisters

90's made for TV movie that's somewhat of a bad Twister knock-off starring 1995's teen heartthrob Devon Sawa. In the "intro to the family" scene, Devon is riding in a bike race and eats it to the point where his front wheel is bent entirely out of shape, and his dad (who still where's his letterman jacket) forces him to finish the race. Sadly for everyone, this movie took up a day's worth of 7th grade science (our teacher was really the softball coach).

Cursed by a devious sorceress, China's ruthless Dragon Emperor (Jet Li) and his vast army lie buried in clay for millennia. When young archaeologist Alex O'Connell is tricked into reviving the emperor, he and his famous parents (Brendan Fraser, Maria Bello) must find a way to send the ghoul back to the grave before he can awaken his vast army and take over the world.

  19. How to Build an Igloo

This classic short film shows how to make an igloo using only snow and a knife. Two Inuit men in Canada’s Far North choose the site, cut and place snow blocks and create an entrance--a shelter completed in one-and-a-half hours.

This is perfect Material for a Rifftrax Short!!
